Using Right Mouse on an anvil with a Block of Iron fully repairs it.
Grindstones have some new useful mechanics changes/balances too:
Grindstones will gives an additional repair bonus to equipment when repairing; encouraging early-game use of grindstone.
Disenchanting items will degrade its durability by 30%. Prevents infinite disenchanting to farm for god enchants/currency from Jobs etc. Disenchanting books have a 50% chance of destroying the book.
RIGHT-MOUSE a grindstone with a Glass Bottle to convert and store your XP levels into Experience Bottles
You can now use stonecutters on wood, logs, and planks to craft different types of blocks.
Additionally, stonecutters now damage you when standing on it (big blade hurts)
